I remember jointing a rabbit, for a stew, and flash frying the liver and kidneys while I did so - my apologies to any veggies reading this - but they were offaly good! On eating them, I experienced a kind of powerful, prehistoric, Hugh Fearnley Whittingstall-esque moment of transcendental bliss. Well, I get the same feeling when I drink this Tuscan red. It's clear, bright, life enhancing purity is just joyful. Herbs, spices, a touch of balsamic vinegar wrapped around some bruised strawberry and raspberry, with a dash of bitter cherry.
