Like Mtsvane on steroids! Deeper, duskier, mustier and way more orange, with some cheek sucking tannin, a cloudy, brooding brew that’s great with stinky cheese! This is old vine Tsitska fermented naturally with wild yeasts and left on skins and stems for four months to gather colour, tannins and structure. Malo is left to occur naturally and there is no fining or filtration.
