Judith Beck’s vineyards, near Gols in Austria’s Burgenland, are fully biodynamic. The aim being to strengthen the natural resistance of the vines and produce grapes with maximum physiological ripeness. ‘Ink’ is made from 80% Zweigelt and 20 % St. Laurent, Fermented spontaneously, without the use of yeasts, in stainless steel tanks, giving a vibrantly fresh and nervy raspberry -fruited red just made for guzzling.
