Tiny yields from Garnacha, hand- picked, 30% whole bunch fermented in cement, manual basket pressed, indigenous yeast ambient ferment, no filtration, no fining with a small addition of SO2 at bottling.

The fruit for Jesus Angel comes from a single hectare of 90 year old vines and is as bright as a button, with lashings of ripe, raspberries and roses, some grippy tannin, a dash of spice and cheeky, rapier-like thrust of lively acidity. Perfect with some good Jamon Iberico.
