Defiantly tannic, with a 30 day maceration on skins, it’s kind of rosy and musky, with a startling clarity cutting through dense and ever changing aromatics that range from pineapple to orange orchards touched with ginger root. Elena Pantaleoni prefers the term ‘artisanal’ to ‘natural’ - for her wines, but if it works for beer and bread, it’s time to wake up and smell the roses!
