bybo love small family owned vineyards, we love cooperatives too, and Vidaubinaise is one of Provence's finest. Co-ops help growers earn a living by selling their fruit, they also act as communal wineries, sometimes serving single villages - like this one - or whole regions such as Spain's bodegas. Many farmers and growers have tiny plots making it unprofitable to sell their own wine. Many others have separate jobs and farm only at weekends and evenings. A good co-op is an asset to it's community often giving better prices for grapes than private wineries.

This classic, bone dry, salmon pink, Provencal rose comes in the traditional 'flute a corset'. Get those Ray Bans on pour yourself a nice big glass and dream about the Cote d'Azur.
