From family vineyards planted in the 1940s, ungrafted, dry farmed, head-pruned and fermented in open top lagares, this is how wine used to taste. Earthy, and slightly rustic with no sulphur addition, this is lighter than you would expect from Chile, with fine grained tannins and a big kick of acidity.
